  • Handle general administrative and office tasks
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation
  • Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone call, and email
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and updating records
  • Support daily operation and coordination with the technical team
  • Maintain filing and data entry properly
